Louisville Lightning 2011 Summer Training Academy

The Lightning is now offering a select summer training academy for the serious soccer player.  The academy is designed for the more advanced player looking to bring his or her technical ability and tactical awareness to the next level.  The program curriculum is tailored to challenge players physically and mentally to perform at their highest level of competency within a motivated peer group.

Summer training offers youth players the opportunity to learn from their favorite Lightning players in a fun and positive environment that encourages the student’s love of the game.  Players are grouped by age and skill level in training and game situations.  The LL professional players enhance the training experience with their personal attention, excellent skill demonstrations and playing ability.  Come out and train with the pros this summer!

 June 20 - June 23 l Boys 10-14 

 July 5 - July 8 l Boys 10-14

July 18 - 21 l High School Boys

July 25 - July 28 l Girls 10-14

* All camps held at Mockingbird Valley Sports Complex l Louisville, KY

Lightning Academy Players Receive:

Daily Schedule:
4:30 pm - Camp Registration (Monday only)
5:00 pm - Technical Warm-up + Individual Skill Work
5:30 pm - Small-sided Games + Sessions
6:00 pm - Technical + Tactical Field Sessions
6:55 pm - Review
7:00 pm - Organized Dismissal
