He also played at the collegiate level after being in the Top 25 collegiate recruits in 2001. Hayden played at Indiana University where he was a two time national champion. Hayden has had plenty of professional experience in the MLS, the USL, the PDL, and the PASL. John Michael Hayden played for the 2007 MLS Cup Champions, Houston Dynamo. Hayden also played or the Chicago Fire Reserves, West Michigan Edge, Fort Wayne Fever, and the Cleveland City Stars. John Michael Hayden will be a very big asset to this years Louisville Lightning squad.
